I got you message last night when I listened to the messages. Something has to be out of alignment for blower belts to suddenly start shredding off a rib after three years of trouble free use. Make sure the crank pulley is still tight, and you said your SDCE tensioner looks okay, and nothing looks out of alignment. What you could do is to install a new blower belt and crank the engine over, looking to see where the belt is tracking over to an edge of a pulley enough to shred a rib. Let me know what you find out. Bob
