Default Lingenfelter shortblocks starting at $2,095.00

That's right, we are launching a new line of competitively priced shortblocks for customers who want to use their cam and heads of choice.

These are GM parts that go through the full Lingenfelter blueprinting process for an unbelieveably low price!

Another great deal is, if you order a Lingenfelter cam and any timing chain set at the same time, we will install & degree your cam for FREE!!!

Full details and prices can be seen here:

http://www.lingenfelter.com/ls1shortblock.asp

Remember, this is the first engine in a new line, so keep checking back, and as always feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions.

Thanks,
Ed

That is a really good price $2900.00 core included. Wow. Also LPE quality, did you see the detailed blueprinting sheet?? That IMO is professionslism. Those guys know what we want an how to do it right.

Thanks for the comments guys, let me try to answer some questions.

Since yesterday, we have also listed a 383ci, and a 427ci option, using fully forged internals, and Darton modular sleeves.

The $2095.00 shortblock does use good ARP rod bolts for strength

The forged Mahle pistons are flat top w/valve reliefs, but the 383 and 427 can be ordered with any JE piston.

We can get a custom cam ground at whatever specs you like, but our testing has found the best results with the current GT1-1 as is.

I'll check back later today

We have 1 of the stock cid shortblocks left with the forged Mahle pistons.

The only rod upgrade currently available is a set of Olivers for an additional $1400.00, but we won't charge any additional labor to install them. This would give you forged pistons and rods, and the pistons have valve reliefs approx .100" deep cut in them already.

These introductory prices are good untill 11/4/04 so if anybody need a new shortblock, this is a great opportunity.

The sale prices are good through tomorrow (11/4/04) so if anybody needs a new shortblock, make sure to give us a call today!

We have sold the units we had in stock, but we're currently building 5 more and 3 of those are available. We will honor this pricing on as many orders as we recieve before the end of the day tomorrow, so be sure to call in.

Let us know if we can answer any questions,
Ed
