Default All Lunati products on sale (strokers, cams ect...)

Lunati is the leader in LS1 and LS6 rotating assemblies, offering 14 kits that are readily available! We were first on the market with the LS series when the first C5 rolled off the assembly line. The Lunati engine assemblies are made with the finest Lunati engine components, including a Lunati Pro-Series crankshaft, Lunati Pro-Billet connecting rods, Lunati forged pistons, rings, bearings, and piston pins. For applications where pump gasoline is used, we have found that a static 10.6 CR is the limit to stay out of detonation.

If a turbo or blower is to be used, we recommend 8.5 CR with pump gas. For racing and race fuel you can move to 12.5 CR for maximum performance. The pistons and rings come in 0.005" oversize to accommodate honing to clean up the cylinders. The top ring is a 1.5 mm moly plasma pre gapped ring, second ring is 1.5 mm cast-iron reverse-twist, and the oil ring is 3 mm three-piece. The assembly is internally balanced and the reluctor ring is installed. All this, and with your choice of up to 447 cubic inches! It doesn't get any better.

The Lunati Pro Billet Rod is stronger and more durable than all the other billet rods being offered. The exclusive "barrel" shaped beam and rounded end are designed to reduce stress risers and create a smooth flow that compliments the natural gain of the billet. Lunati 220,000 psi 7/16" rod bolts assure proper clamping load, and on the small end, burnished Ampco bronze bushings are honed to exact pin clearance. Rods are matched to +/- 1.0 grams. Closer tolerances and pride in workmanship, along with strict quality control make the Lunati Pro Billet the only logical choice for the serious racer

Lunati pioneered the development of the 4340 forged performance crankshaft for the LS1 engine configuration. Lunati supplies Lingenfelter Performance with their LS1 crankshafts for the development of the 383 Corvette, Camaro and Firebird. Now you can enjoy that same level of performance by installing this custom crankshaft in your LS1 engine. The crankshaft comes complete with reluctor ring installed.

All LS1 cams go through the most stringent quality control program in the market to guarantee consistent base circle sizing for proper lifter preload. Custom grinds with matched pushrods are also available for LS1 cams. The LS1 engine is a net-lash engine design with no rocker arm adjustment. To ensure proper performance with increased lifts and decreased base circle sizes in aftermarket performance grinds, Lunati has designed matched pushrod lengths for all of it's LS1 cams.

I have an iron block, totally ready to recieve a rotating assembly. Its bored to 3.905 and I want LOW LOW compression for FI. What would you reccomend and how much with it balanced and shipped to 32210? (I have goals of atleast 700hp)

EDITo you do any coating inhouse, on the crank/pistons/rods/wrist pins? If not can you ship them to swain tech for coating?

You'll have to give us a call or e-mail for pricing. It's much lower than I'm allowed to post. We don't do any coating here but can send the order to Swain Tech if you add that address to your card as an alternate shipping location.

The Lunati sale has been extended so these prices are still available!
