TPIS uses parts from your original TB so we need it when you buy one of these. And here is a picture of the lines and it has a connector for your factory feed line.

How much is the install kit? I heard something about I needed something else because I have a 98 car? Is this true?

No I have an install kit and rails is $300 includes every fitting you will need.
