Default Helmet Group Purchase - RCI, G-Force, and Simpson Helmets!

We are trying to organize a group purchase for helmets. The more people that get in on this, the cheaper the pricing I will receive from the distributor.

Here is how this particular GP will work, everyone needs to post up what helmet they want (the brand & part #) and whether they will be buying for sure, or if it depends on pricing. The distributor will not give me special pricing until I send a list of part #s and how many helmets we will be ordering, although they did guarentee that they would give me great pricing on this, and this will probably be the only group purchase on helmets we will do. So get in while you can! I will forward the list below to the distributor on Thursday or Friday and have pricing by Monday. Once I post the prices, you will have a week to place your order. Helmets will start shipping as soon as you place your order.

An easy way to get the part # is to look on jegs site: http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...61&cgrfnbr=775 or on each manufactures' respective website.

If my hat size is 7 1/4, should I go with the large just to be safe? The medium size was 7 1/8 - 7 1/4.

I know SA2000 is higher rated and will be legal at the track for a good while. But what is the difference between it and M2000???

Measure your size and make sure to get as precise as you can. If you are right at 7 1/4, I would stay with the medium. If you are a little bit over 7 1/4, then I would move up to the next size. The helmet should be a tight fit. A loose helmet is very bad, and it can also be very annoying.

Are the RCI helmets the only ones that have a removable and washable interior?
I'll be interested in either a G-Force Pro Force-1 Full Face Helmet or a RCI SA2000 helmet. I'm not sure on the size yet so I don't know the part number. This depends on the pricing. Also, can you get either of these helmets in black?

Well I wanted one but it seems all the inexpensive ones are all white... Also it would be nice to get an idea of prices before commiting.

Sorry, I spent too much on a tranny and other stuff recently, and won't have enough left over to participate.

Sorry for having to back out
