Default Let’s see if I can save you guys some money on Brakes!!

You know, we have not had a GP for a while, so why not put one together!!! I would be totally willing to assist a 3+ group purchase on our kits. Let me know who is interested, and we may be able to save you 15%+ on our brake upgrades.

Respectfully

Generally I will set a time limit, and then I will be looking for at least 3 people who are interested in the same kit. If we can get 3 or 4 of you guys on the same kit, I can offer 15% off to each of you, but if we can get 5 or more people I will set you guys up with a wholesale discount of 25% off each kit! With this I will not be able to offer the free shipping deal we offer everyday for LS1 members, but with this there would be considerable savings which will make it a much better deal over all. Anyone interested?

Victor,

I'm interested. If I see the interest here I'd be up for looking at options for the rear.

This would be good on one or maybe two part numbers (rear for you Jason), so I am thinking this one

Precision Brakes Company Front Kit: 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, 12.81" x 1.25" two-piece rotors, aluminum hats, forged Superlite four piston calipers, one set of pads, caliper mounting brackets & hardware, stainless steel flex hoses & fitt... Base Retail is $1650 before we get you guys some discounts

Does that sound good to you guys?

I generally see weight savings of around 35% over stock. Considering they are aluminum calipers with 2 pc rotors, it is usually a very nice amount of weight lost. Let me know if there are more questions…

I have a 2002 Camaro:

Intrested in upgrading the front brakes. What do you have and price wise to change it over to bigger brakes. Also I take it it will need brackets to make the calipers work correct? Thanks

I would like to know this as well. I use welds for drag and Smoothie 2's for the street.

Vic, can you throw a simple set of crossdrilled, slotted, zinc washed rotors for a 2004 Trailblazer in on this, or F body specific? I need to replace the wifes brakes, mine are fine though

This is always a questions about fitment on Drag wheels. The problem here is that they are usually 15inch wheels. It seems like many people would be interested in a smaller kit to clear these, so if we can not get fitment, we may consider putting together a GP on a custom set up for drag wheels. I am going to post again on this thread with what we will be doing on this GP, and this is going to include the template you can use to check your wheels. Let me know if this helps.

So I had the weekend to think about this GP, so I am going to do something to really help get this thing going. As I said in the description, I am going to offer a 12.81 set up for the front...

Here is what we are talking on the front...

Precision Brakes Company Front Kit: 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, 12.81" x 1.25" two-piece rotors, aluminum hats, forged Superlite four piston calipers, one set of pads, caliper mounting brackets & hardware, stainless steel flex hoses & fitt... Retail $1650 3 to 4 GP $1402.50 5+ GP $1237.50

Here is a link to the template so you can check you wheels...

Front 12.81 Template

On the rear, I think this kit will work...

Precision Brakes Company Rear Brake System - Chevrolet Camaro LS1, 98-02 - 325mm x 22mm, 2-pc. - Plain Rotors, Wilwood 4 Piston - Dynalite Calipers, Brackets, Pads, SS Flex Hoses, Hardware, Instructions - Includes e-brake
Retail $1900 3 to 4 GP $1615 5+ GP $1425

And there is the template you will need to check your rear wheels...

Rear 12.81 template

Just to make sure we are all on the right page, here is about what our kits look like fresh out of the box...

Well guys... As you can see, this is a chance to save some serious cash. I will be here to answer any questions that you may have, so let me know if you need anything,

Regards

Hi Charlie,

Well I can not offer the Trailblazer rotors since we do not do OE size replacement, but if you would like, I can send you in the right direction.

Sorry...

Default 6 piston instead?

Well I am noticing that there is more desire for 6 piston setups, should we consider a 6 piston GP instead?

Default Time limit?

What kinda time frame are we looking at here? Got me a big pay-raise that i'll be seeing in about two weeks, but defenitely interested in your GP. You've mentioned 6-p.c., which would be nice, but i'm still SERIOULSY interested even if you stick with 4-p.c.
