A recently enacted statute provides for a Massachusetts "sales tax holiday weekend" August 12th and 13th. Products that sell for $2500. or less are exempt from the state 5% sales tax during that period. This only applies to orders that are placed and paid for on Saturday and Sunday. There is no dollar limit for the amount that can be purchased. You can buy $20,000 worth of products with no sales tax as long as each individual item is $2500. or less. Sales tax would apply to products that cost more than $2500.

TBYRNE Motorsports is closed on weekends but someone will be in after 6PM on Sunday to take care of orders so our in state customers won't have to pay any sales tax. So, it's time to get your lists together so you can place your order with us between 12am on Saturday, August 12th and 6pm on Sunday, August 13th. This can be done online during that period. Orders placed before or after this 18 hour period will not be tax exempt.

There is never sales tax for orders shipping outside of MA so everyone else is always all set
