Half of speakers cutting in & out....help!

Half of speakers cutting in & out....help! So recently the right half of my speakers in my TA (wonderful monsoon) started cutting out and then in and then out and then....well you get the point. It's causing me to go insane. 
I waded thru some material in this section and thought it was possibly the stock amp going out so I found one someone was no longer using, bought it and swapped it in. To my dismay, I'm having exactly the same problem so I'm pretty sure it isn't the amp. 
Any ideas on what it could be? Everything is stock although I've replaced both sail panel speakers and the head unit about a year ago (all with used stock stuff).
