radio/window problem

Default radio/window problem

i have a alpine radio works great but randomly it shuts off and the windows wont work wile its shut off. i turns back on randomly and everything is fine.i think its a ground but does the windows and radio share a comon groud?if so where is it located?

It's not a ground - it's your retained accessory power (RAP) circuit which is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). The problem may be caused by a loose wire at the BCM or by a broken solder joint inside the BCM.
