I have had horrible expierence with them. At first alex had great communication but then after I sent the product back, none at all. Two weeks went by and no money returned. The bulb I ordered was not correct for what I actually needed. No mistake on their part. They did adv I could hack up my mcculloch kit to use this bulb. The damn thing was $154 just for one bulb. So to return my money i'm eating a 3% fee from paypal and a 20% re-stocking fee ($31). He says it cost the business money. Where does it cost to take an item back? Especially $31 when the customer pays the mark up they put on the bulb, the price they add in for packaging and shipping and then the customer pays to ship it back.

HORRIBLE expierence with them. Definatly would not use them. Communication is great when they want your money but when something goes sour, dead silence.
