Default Doing VATS bypass need help

Ok, Which side is the BCM side that you plug the resistor into for the VATS bypass? Is it the female which has black and white wires or the male side that has orange wires?

Here is the tread with my problem...If anyone has any input.

The purple/white & light green are the wires from the BCM.
The wires wrapped in orange are from the key cylinder wire.
You want the purple/white wires.

since you were getting some tuning done; why not just get the VATS tune out?

Probably because it is impossible to eliminate VATS with only tuning. You can tune the PCM to ignore the fuel enable signal from the BCM but you can't tune the BCM to provide starter relay control when the ignition key pellet is missing - the BCM is not tunable.
