ur ARC AUDIO KS125.4 MINI amp put out 75 watt at 4 ohm, ur door speaker can handle 65 watt, ur sail speaker can handle 50 watt. ur speakers will not last long unless u turn amp down.
&
ur subs handles 175 rms each
ur US amp puts out:
550Wx1 @ 4ohms (Watts RMS)
1000Wx1 @ 2ohms (Watts RMS)
1500Wx1 @1ohm (Watts RMS)
ur Arc amp put out:
Power output RMS @ 4 ohms 1 x 850 watts
Power output RMS @ 2 ohms 1 x 1000 watts
Power output RMS @ 1 ohm 1 x 1000 watts

as far as your subs/ amp combo go it will be awesome. I have 1 RE SE with a us amps MD1D and it sounds amazing. They hit very hard but are still very clean subs. As far as the amp goes, im partial to us amps, cuz they really are amazing product but the arc will still push them pretty well.

RE SE's handle 600 rms not 175.

They only reason the arc amp (for the Bostons) was recommended is the size since it will most likely be going where the spare tire was. Nothing has been purchased yet (except the HU), just went in today to start getting a plan together.

as far as the 4 ch amp goes, 15 rms over isnt going to hurt anything, just match the gain right, set the filters right and you wont have a problem.

Ya i saw that thread when you posted it, I like how you did that. Im just having the 4ch in the spare tire well. Maybe if i went with the arc for the sub amp it may fit as well, but the MD2D will not.

i was going to put in the KICKER 08 ZX650.4 (Dimensions: 20" Length x 9-5/8" Width x 2-1/8" Height),
i went to the car took mesurment, found out that it would fit but it will fill the space, i was afraid of wire extensions.

that amp will power ur speakers great, IMO measure there are alot of amps that will fit in there that arents as small/pricey as the ksmini. are u keeping the spare and fitting an amp or ditching the spare, eitehr way its doable

Arc Audio makes some nice amps. Their Robert Zeff series amps (SE) are monsters and will perform way beyond the rated wattage. Robert Zeff is the creator of Zapco amps and is one of the forefathers of the car audio industry. He teamed up with Arc to make the Arc SE Series amps.
That being said your looking at the KS Series amps which are also good. I would say they are as good as US Amps new stuff so I wouldn't worry at all about using one of those amps on your SE12's. That little KS125.4 amp will do more then 75 RMS @ 4ohms so it will be a good match to those components. I would be very suprised if the KS1000.1 didn't perform as well as the US Amp MD2D.

Hmm thats interesting, the KS1000.1 is a couple hundred cheaper than the MD2D.

Pent- the spare is already out of the car, but I never intended for the sub amp to go in that space, just the 4ch. The mini is pretty pricy, I may seek other options.

If one of the Amps fits within a 8" x 14" foot print you can use the factory amp mount as a template for a custom mount. The ARC AUDIO KS125.4 MINI would fit there!

I installed the mini's when we got a pair at work to try out to see if we wanted to carry them. They were nice amps, but f-the price. way overpriced in my opinion. Again, they were nice and you could tune each individual channel, not just by pair of channels, which was cool, but i could do alot more for the money.

I did just pick up JBL. Haven't gotten anything on the site yet. My distributor did say they got almost everything in stock though. If you haven't thought about them they have some nice amps as well.
The GTO1004 and GTO14001 would do well. I can do both for under $650.00 shipped.

I haven't delt with the Arc ks series much, but I do have an older Arc kar1000 going to 4 Arc 10d4's and they've taken a pounding for over three years and are still going strong. Sorry that doesn't help too much with your situation, just letting ya know my take on them. I also haven't heard any of the USAmps so i can't say anything about a comparison.

It looks like you have a pretty good setup either way you go thought
