seems to be a great deal. the truck is very small and i already have 2 8inch truck boxes. all i would need is an amp. i am putting a little system in this truck since i am daily driving it now.

LENGTH 15.25 INCHES
BOTTOM DEPTH 7.25 INCHES
TOP DEPTH 5 INCHES
HEIGHT 11 INCHES
THESE BOXES HAVE .39 CUBIC FEET

Just go with some RE Audio subwoofers then. Ebay's got em for good prices. Or Tang Band from Parts Express. I'd recommend like the Ascendant Audio Assassin or something but it costs more.

Poor sound quality on most of them, and only their most expensive subwoofers have anything near decent Xmax. Outdated motors on the RF crap. I wouldn't even call their high end stuff very good.
Well, TBH, you won't find anything super great at that size/price level. RE > RF, though.

yea ok. thanks for the help. i was looking at them cause it seemed like a good price. but i guess i was incorrect.haha. yea the RE's are a little more expensive but i am sure they are worth the extra $$$. Out of curiosity would 1 8inch sub give me enough thump or do i really need 2?

How/where are you fitting this stuff in a 1987 Toyota Pickup single-cab? There is no room. My godfather had a 1983 (with solid front axle). From my understanding the basic shape didn't change much from 1983 to 1987. The seat is practically up against the rear wall. The doors are too thin, and the stock speaker locations only accommodate 4".
