Starting problems My 99 Camaro SS won't start. When I turn the key the starter shaft comes out but doesn't spin. I replaced the starter and it did the same thing. The battery is good and I. Replaced the starter fuse and relay but I still get the same result. What else could it be?? I'm about to roll the car off a cliff. Please help.
