Default Alternator voltage problem

At full throddle my alternador voltage gauge droppes from 13 volts to 9volts only droppes at full throddle????? Any ideas ????checked all my ground took it to an alternador shop everything is good he said...

Belt could be slipping, or I've seen other similar posts where folks had a bad exciter wire.

Where exacly is the exiter wire located? And would this cause the car to lose performance?
