Wink Monsoon Amp
Is it possible to use 2 Monsoon Amps, 1 for the subs and the other for the doors and rear deck to increase the power/ sound volume?

No. The Monsoon amp is an eight channel unit with specific filtering on each channel. It is not bridgeable so you can't combine channels to increase power.
