it looks nice, but there's no way there is enough airspace available in that box for those speakers, it might be loud, and it might look good, but it's not performing efficiently or at it's best. You'd most likely have better results out of just one sub with the correct amount of airspace for it, and ported correctly. but to each their own.

Looks great bro, what else are you running? I'd also have to agree with scj, I'd bet the system would sound better with one sub in a ported box. Again, its your car, so as long a YOU like it. Did you build the rack yourself?

Scj you would think that but the is more cubic inches then required for those two subs in a closed box, but yes of course a bigger box with a port would sound better but no room. I hit 153 DB at a comp a while ago

I dont have the proof but what you dont see there is another 1000watt amp in the amp box so i have 1000watt per speaker and and with how small the TA with that hatch back it does that job, sorry looking back i see i missed type the number 143 but that is still very high

143 is still very high of a number for that. i've seen two Cadence 18's reach 155, and four Digital Designs 15's reach 145, seems sketchy in comparison. although these were in trucks, they were multiple thousands of dollar setups pushing 3000-4000watts. serious audio competitors.

Mine hit 143 with a single 12 on only about ~700 watts, so thats not very impressive by any means.

I was not trying to impress anybody just trying to make the point that the set up does work and there is enough air space to produce some good bass.

SCJ i agree with you i have seen some trucks with to 15's and not make those numbers but the smaller hatched back car helps out alot. I am not trying to make a **** tom of bass or anything i am a rock guy, i just posted this thread to show the set up and i have yet to see a set up that i like better as far a looks for the TA

143 isn't very high for what it is, especially in a hatchback. And people can spend as much as they want but if the box design is junk then you won't see the results you would with a cheaper setup in the proper box with the right subs. A lot of different variables come in to play when you're talking about numbers on the meter.

[QUOTE=Ws6kid.;14152905]Do they ship? [/QU

I dont think so but i mean if you really want it and you know your amp and everything i might be able to get them to build you one based off of my box and i could ship it for you but you would have to pay for everything up front, if this is something you are interested in i can give you my number and we could work something out if they will do it.
