Default air bag light on after i pulled dash

Can someone give me some insight before i go fooling around in the car. Pulled the dash last weekend for the evap. Put it back together and the airbag light is on. Dr side yellow connector for the steering wheel is connected, so is the module under the center console and the pass side air bag is connected.

What could i of missed ?

Scan it for the SIR codes. That should tell you exactly where the issue is.

You'll have to check the instructions. Most scanners will only pull the powertrain codes. If you stop by a local auto parts store, they may have a scanner that will do the job.

Does your scanner say it has the ability to pull SIR codes? You should have one if the light is on.
