Default kee audio sub box best sub???

What would you guys say is the best bang for the buck on a sub to fit into a kee audio stealth box?? it will be powered by Rockford 500 mono amp

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/produ...n_US&p_status=.

Right now i have a Rockford sub but i do not think it will fit?

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/produ...7&locale=en_US

Any input on this set up? Right now i have it screwed into a piece of wood that lays on the floor of the trunk and it sounds horrible. My hopes is that in a correct box it will sound fine. Input please

Okay. Budget?

I just ordered a couple of CDT QES-1220s. Not cheap, but it's one choice that'd work for your requirements (well, you'd probably want the 10" 1020). HD-1000CF/1200CF are supposed to sound good as well.

DLS W312b will work well.

Focal 33A will work well.

For a cheaper option, Boston Acoustics G3 is supposed to sound very good and isn't expensive.

There are plenty of sound quality subwoofers out there. But what's your budget?

He didnt say anything about throwing the amp away. The amp you have is fine, hes just giving your some reccomendations for different subs.

I am not a fan of RF subs - they are not sound quality products. At all. I do like their amps, though. Their subs don't necessary sound AWFUL if setup right but they will never match the stuff that I listed. But if you like the RF sub then go ahead and use it...

I can mod that box to get that sub to fit if you want to use it. I like that amp your planning on using. I also have some other subs that match very well to the enclosure you have now I am doing some specials on:
