Unhappy Help guys !

Ok bought and Lt1 camaro 1996 for my daughter want to surprise her also have a soud system I want to put it it but. I cant seem to find a dash kit (for radio) that I could put also an eq and radio 1.5 din kit do any of you have the part number for this kit ? or pics thanks guy

Why do you need an eq they are built into almost every aftermarket radio

Panasonic "Ghost Face" touch screen LCD AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA with CD

trust me I do need to put this eq/linedriver

4 alpine speakers
2 JL audio w6 old school
1 alpine 4 channel amp
1 old school rockford fosgate 601s


if anyone has a dash kit part number please let me know thanks

You wont find any kits for that you'll have to make it yourself.

cut once measure twice

you can probably get a radio "block off" panel, basically its a big piece of ABS plastic.
Make your own slots.

You 'll also have to find a way to secure the EQ since the 1.5din aftermarket headunit will be secured by the only holes in the stock radio cage.

Metra makes a "multi" kit for GM models that fits the 1.5 DIN opening and comes with four different face plates to mount a single DIN head unit and a 1/2 DIN equalizer. You might be able to make that work in the Camaro although you may have to fabricate some brackets. The part number is 99-4544.

You could also put the EQ in the trunk and just set it once, or - better - www.minidsp.com
