Monsoon 01 GA GT radio will not display the LOC.
I have read all kinds of threads on unlocking a monsoon and
By now I think I know what to do.
My problem is, the LOC display does not come up on the
Display screen. What is the problem.
There is power to the radio and the clock works.

Check the RADIO fuse. There are two power circuits to the radio - one is constant (battery) power for the memory and clock, the other is ignition-switched power for the radio and CD. Usually when only the clock (and CD eject) work it's because the ignition-switched power from the RADIO fuse is absent.
