Default Remote Mount Battery Wiring Question

Im swapping a lq4 in my 67 nova wagon. I installed the battery in the back. I ran the main wire to the starter. Im going to run my alternator charge wire to the starter post.

But this is my question.

The feed wire to my junction block that basically will power all my car should be connected to where?

Right now i have it on the back of the alternator running to the junction block.

Should i have it running from my starter post to the junction block.

This will be my main battery + for my PCM, Relays and other stuff that needs battery positive.

What size wire did you run to the front? You could run it to the starter lug, or you could have just put a fusible link from the rear wire to the original wire that hooked to the battery under the hood.
