Current headunit with RED illumination?
looking to replace my alpine with a pandora capable headunit but i want something that will match the red illumination of the TA. everything ive found through search is currently unavailable....
Any ideas?

You might have the best luck with Kenwood or Pioneer... they seem to be the front-runners in variable color displays. For example, the Kenwood KDC-BT948HD has AM/FM HD radio, CD, MP3, USB, Bluetooth and Pandora through your iPhone with variable color display and illumination.

alpine has headunits that can be red and work with pandora...searching alpine-usa.com works wonders...the CDE-122 and CDE-123 are where its at

No Pandora Link, but it does have iPod/iPhone hookup. Bluetooth adapter and steering wheel control extra. Also its Kenwood which you said you didn't like but I've always liked em.

im actually checking out kenwoods now as they are the ones leading the different illumination front, i dont have the space for a double din tho as my humount is going anywhere

I bought the Pioneer AVH-P6300bt a few months ago. It has Pandora functionality and you can change the illumination colors.

i just bought that unit, it has 24 different illumination capabilities. it also has pandora, hd, Bluetooth, satellite capabilities ( xm sirius but you need to buy adapter to play through the radio ). so far i like it.

im not sure of the part numbers, but i think the mount kit is standard for the f-body along with the wiring kit. as of right now i used the factory wires for speakers and power, i soldered all the wires so it took me about 3 hours to wire it up.
