You might have the best luck with Kenwood or Pioneer... they seem to be the front-runners in variable color displays. For example, the Kenwood KDC-BT948HD has AM/FM HD radio, CD, MP3, USB, Bluetooth and Pandora through your iPhone with variable color display and illumination.

did this and the CDE-126bt is the only one that can display red on their site, unfortunately it looks more pink on crutchfields youtube demo of it. think im gonna go see if i can see it in person at a brick and mortor before i jump ship to pioneer or kenwood

No Pandora Link, but it does have iPod/iPhone hookup. Bluetooth adapter and steering wheel control extra. Also its Kenwood which you said you didn't like but I've always liked em.

I bought the Pioneer AVH-P6300bt a few months ago. It has Pandora functionality and you can change the illumination colors.

Here is the link to my thread with some pics.

I'll be getting a Kenwood KDC-X995, though I don't know if it does red or not.

I just bought a JVC kd R900 that has an adjustable / customizable colour display.

Might be an option.

im not sure of the part numbers, but i think the mount kit is standard for the f-body along with the wiring kit. as of right now i used the factory wires for speakers and power, i soldered all the wires so it took me about 3 hours to wire it up.
