Apparently you plug it into your OBD port and it gives you real time HP, RPM, MAF readings, MPG, Throttle position, and some other things that you read off your iPod/iPhone/iPad or Android Phone.

I have an elm327 with torque pro for my android phone, great for clearing codes and really accurate for mph but I just basically got it for clearing codes bc it was like 20 dollars for both the dongle and app
