looks like the plug for the fog light switch or the ASR switch. Do you have one of these that is not connected?

What's an ASR? The fog lamp cable is hanging near the lower left in the pic so I ruled that out.

Looks like the traction control plug. Just leave it as is and disconnected. That's the way the non-TCS cars come from the factory.
