very strange issue ok so the other day my 99 Trans am was running fine. now the fuel pump went out. also though if if put my key into the ACC position and turn it off my radio starts to turn on for a second then turn off. My antennae also goes up for a second (about half way) then goes back down. it keeps doing this without stopping. any idea what it could be?
