EL Glow Gauges -Comments/Recommendations Recently I installed blue led lights in my gauge cluster (2001 Camaro SS). The blue looks great, but it is difficult to see the needles or any of the other orange/red markings at night. Because of this I am thinking about getting some reverse EL Glow gauges.
After much searching and reading it appears that there was a gauge face made years ago that nearly matched the stock gauging. Unfortunately, it sounds as though it has been discontinued some time ago.
1) So, if you have a set of reverse glow gauges, please post a picture and let me know what your thoughts are (good or bad) about them.
2) Of the available reverse gauge sets still available, what do you recommend?
Because of my stereo having blue lights I am trying to change the rest of my lighting to blue...so, I would like to go with the blue reverse glow gauges. Also, I am not hot on the idea of removing the gauge needles, so I am looking for "an overlay" solution.
