Default Rear Defroster Fix

Its rainy and I can't drive, so I pulled my car in my garage to mess with some things. I was checking my RPO codes off my door panel today, and I found out two things:

1) I have an alarm system.

2) My car came with a CD changer

Unfortunately, someone removed it before I bought it. Doh!

But I turned my alarm on, works perfect. And now that light in my vent actually blinks instead of just being there. Also did some minor electrical stuff to get ready for a stereo. Which got me thinking about other electrical stuff I've been meaning to do.

Anyway, I was wanting to fix my rear defroster.

I know it involves removing something and inserting a resistor so it stays on longer, but does anyone know where I can find exact info on this? Search button isn't working at the moment for me.
