from the MONSOON STICKY

F4 - LIGHT BLUE w/BLACK - right rear subwoofer speaker negative output
F5 - DARK GREEN - right rear subwoofer speaker positive output

F10 - LIGHT GREEN w/BLACK - left rear subwoofer speaker negative output
F11 - DARK BLUE w/WHITE - left rear subwoofer speaker positive output

these same colors should match at the speakers.

With speakers it doesn't really matter as long as you do the same on both sides but the wire color list (and much more information) is in the Monsoon FAQ sticky at the top of the section. Make sure you get the proper type of replacement speaker (subwoofer) since any full-range speaker (coaxial, etc.) will sound terrible there.
