Default subwoofer enclosures in both left and right corners of trunk - sound cancellation?

I am looking at the ebay 10" subwoofer enclosures that fit in the left and right corners of the trunk. They look like these:

If I get both, would I run into sound-cancellation issues, because the subs are facing each other? Or should I run one sub out-of-phase to prevent the issue? Or am I better off just running one enclosure?

Anyone use these enclosures? How are they?

Thanks

They shouldn't cancel each other out because both are giving out the same signal, thus amplifying the sound. It shouldn't matter where they're pointing since sound wavelengths this low aren't directional.

I have a single enclosure on the driver side with a 10". Plenty of bass for me and T-Top storage is a major plus

If the sound does cancel out, reverse the wires on only one of the subs. Wired properly it wont cancel out.

But, as M4N14C said, a single 10 is plenty sound for our cars and keeps the space for the T-Tops.

You could also build you own like I did...

Kee Audio, Subthump, Double D mods all sell them. But you have to check to if your sub can fit as they all have different depths.

WS6 Store also sells these. I've ordered other things from them 3 times before and they always had fast processing and shipment. They also had the best price on a lot of things, including my shocks (haven't looked into enclosure prices though). Last time I ordered from them was about a month ago so they still have good service (I've heard of sponsors on other types of forums having degrading service after the many years).
