PIONEER AVIC-8000NEX (Fitment ?) I searched for AVIC-8000NEX and nothing came up. I was wondering if anyone has this unit installed in their 98-02 Pontiac TAs? The only fitment chart I could find was on Crutchfield and it says it won't fit. I really want this unit without having to tear out my dash lol Here is a direct link to the item I want, any help is appreciated.

It's a double-DIN size. That's a standard size that is bigger than stock but can be installed in a T/A with a new or modified trim bezel and a little work around the edges of the opening. Do a search on here for "double DIN" and you'll see lots of examples. Also, there is information in the Monsoon FAQ sticky at the top of the section.
