Default Parasitic draw

I own a 05 Grand Prix GXP. I have a draw somewhere that causes the battery to go dead. I ended up tracing it down to the radio fuse inside the cabin. With the radio fuse pulled I have a draw of .025 amps. With the radio fuse plugged in Its about .060 amps. Thats with my alarm unplugged as well as the radio. But the amp draw isnt steady it jumps around a lil bit. I havd the battery checked out. It passed but it isnt as strong as brand new. Its about a year old red top Optima. Im just wonderingif it could possibly be the BCM itself. Any help would be appreciated.
