Default Need help finding what he used in this gauge cluster

I found this picture on of all things a Lexus forum with no information about the owner or what was used. Does anyone know who's this is or what they used to create this? Or is this just a photoshop job?

You can tell it's photoshopped by looking at the top of the steering column grey ring. It's very blurry. Because it was recreated by whoever made that pic

That's not to say you can't do this! Find a nice 6 inch tablet or used phone, and use torque and a bluetooth obdII adapter to display all that information from the ECM Permanently mount it in the dash and voila

Not quite as pretty as the photoshop, but you can shove one of these into your dash:

Like others have mentioned its totally ps'ed. Could it be done, absolutely. It requires a very knowledgeable programmer to take inputs from the car and display on the screen, ~or also as mentioned by EnergyCC a tablet. The tablet way will limit your options to make the display how you want.

I designed a smaller display and a friend in Germany did all the programming on an OLED display to replace the stock digital ODO. To make something like above would be a matter if using a larger OLED or TFT screen.

Factory looks better than the photoshopped example anyway. Imho.
