Default 130 amp alternator 2000 camaro ss

130 amp alt
I know it's late but I have a 2000 camaro ss and wanted better voltage, I have a 130amp alt. Off ebay made in usa, I know the main power/charging cable is highly recommended to be upgraded. I have my main pwr cable from the alternator to the battery and another at the battery to the junction block, I assume this was a upgrade, the cables look about 6 gauge maybe a little bigger, would 130amp be ok to run, not too much amperage? Also isnt the wiring suppose to be straight from the alt. To the junction block?

Run it. Input them in my 2002 SS and my 98 TA. Tight fit with the big truck alternator but worth it.
