Is there a way to turn the f-body sail panel speaker space into a pseudo-box?

Just curious. Is there any way to turn the sail panel speaker slot area into a box-like sealed space? Maybe stuff foam in there, or use spray foam to create a "wall"?

I think the 6.75" subs would sound a lot better if the airspace was kind-of sealed.

It's not really that necessary in my experience. You could put some batting in there if you wish to dampen things a bit.

Or you could do what I did:
INSTALL GUIDE: Replacing 6.5" Monsoon Subs w/ 8" Rockford Fosgate Subs

I am looking for mid-bass from the sails. I am going to do dual 12" stealth boxes for sub.

If I cannot get the sound that I want, I might go with 8s
