2002 WS6 A/C Lights replace with LEDs?
Has anyone replaced the bulbs on the A/C control unit with LEDs?
If yes, what bulbs are needed and does it involve soldering or are the bulbs plug-in? I would rather not take the control out before I have to, so any help would be appreciated.

I've done it. 2 sockets bulbs that are easily enough to replace with LEDS. Its a large area to brighten with 2 lights, the bulbs give light off 360degress, i originally used 1 LED in each socket, and it wasnt bright enough. I swapped them out with 3 leds per LED = much better!
I used two #74 LED (Red) (3 surface mount LEDs)
I didn't change out the rear defrost switch, that's more involved, so I didnt care

Not a problem.
Have fun with the dash:
I considered it, but I'm not into pulling the cluster, doing the LED swap, re-install to test, remove cluster again to flip any LED that were put in backwards, re-install cluster and hope they all work. PITA.
