Default removing old unused wires

As the title says, im thinning out the wiring harness. Not doing a tuck right now, just planning on everything be put back in like it came out. My question is with all that i will be removing, will i simply just be able to remove it from the fuse blocks and from wherever those wires run to and fro, or will i need to be doing some other things to make the car run like it should?

I've been searching and haven't found what I'm looking for. What i will be removing is the wirng for the abs, a.i.r. system, windshield washer pump, cruise control, tcs. Maybe more, can't think of anything else im missing. This stuff has all been disconnected for years, so in my mind, by just removing the wires, shouldn't effect how anything still with the car functions, correct?

Thanks,

Rob
