Default Firebird steering wheel swap

I just pulled my steering wheel with radio controls along with the sir coil a couple days ago. Now I'm wondering if people are still buying these or if this particular mod has died off over the years. I'm trying to figure out if I should be trying to sell it all or just stick it in a box in the garage along with all the other random car stuff.

Tons of them on e-bay, probably best to keep your original part stored away!

I assume you put an aftermarket wheel on??

I figured it's probably a good idea to just keep everything tucked away for now. The parts may be worth something later so no big deal to hold on to it.

I swapped on a grant wheel. Not a fan of the install kit but the wheel works perfectly for me.

make sure you index the clock spring and tie it so it wont move.
stored one poorly worked ok until I turned the wheel a full turn and pop
it was ruined

I made sure of it. Thing has painters tape in 2 spots on front and 2 on back. I had to replace a bad spring years ago and have been overly cautious ever since. Always good to mention it though so thanks.
