Pioneer D9605 AMP goes into protection mode

Pioneer D9605 AMP goes into protection mode Worked fine last year when I put the car away. This year as soon as I put the battery in, nothing.
Keeps going into protection mode.
Measured voltage at amp and it’s 12.6 volts with the car off.
Unplugged each wire and turned car on each time. Still goes to protection mode.
Any ideas?
