Default Amp draw from battery in rear hatch area

I have my battery (red top Optima) relocated to the rear and I am running a single 1 gauge wire back to the front of the car for power. Wondering how many amps this should pull as I have a 200 amp breaker I plan to install but don't want to have issues with constantly popping the breaker. Motor is basically stock with LS6 intake, cam and heads. Curious if anyone knows the amp range? If I need to go above 200 for the breaker would appreciate any recommendations . Thanks!

You can’t run a breaker. No breaker exists that can handle the current of a starter. No car with a rear mount battery has a breaker or a fuse on it - they have specialized terminals that use a small explosive charge to physically (and permanently) break the connection from from the battery, but this still requires specialized software and equipment - the same used to fire your airbags - so basically your only real option here is just be super careful how you run your wire.

That's weird.. a starter definitely requires more than that ? How did it not trip... ?! Or were you just running your stereo off it ?
