No dash lights or gauges after wiring in new radio!

No dash lights or gauges after wiring in new radio! So i plugged in my new radio yesterday and it immediately caused my dashboard lights and gauges to stop working, and my temp gauge just jumps around all by it self even with the gauge fuse pulled... along with that my radio still doesnt work my windows dont work. but the car still cranks and starts, but runs rough..headlights work, taillights work, and the horn works..did i blow a fuse or did i short out my cars dash harness or something?
