Battery wire/terminal question

Battery wire/terminal question Ive never had to mess with the battery wires/terminal on my car...Just wondering to get the positive battery terminal off the wires, im assuming i have to cut the 3 wires cause it seems to be the terminal is clamped and will not come off..Just want to double check before I cut anything...
