i have some cdt image inhancement tweets i'll be putting in the a-pillars. i was thinking of cross-firing them per cdt's suggestions.

Several hours of bondo work. A ton of sanding, priming, texturing and painting (plus a few different shades of slate greay till I was happy with color match). Oh and the speakers are Infinity kappa Perfect 6.1

Its molded. I plastic welded the tweeter pod itself to the A pillar, and then built up bondo until it reached the brim of the pod. The tweeters are removable, but not the template.

if you dont mind me asking, how and what did you use to plastic weld the tweeter pods to the a pillar trim?

i plan on mounting factory door tweeter grills over the top of my a-pillar tweeters (tryin to make it look factory) and to have clearance between those and the tweeters grill i'll need to mount the tweeter pods from behind the a-pillar, which eliminates the possibility of locking them in the traditional way.

i've been racking my brain on how to do it right and solid so i can aim the tweets once its all installed and not worry about them breaking apart from the a-pillar.

any help would be much appreciated.
