Default stock deck-installing sub/amp

alright, how is it done? Specifically. I got a li level thing, not sure, all i know is i hook 2 pair of speaker wire to it and RCAs out the other side.

Vehicle-1998 Trans Am
Monsoon system. any help is appreciated.

basically i need to know which wires to hook to the hi level thing.

C/city does a good job of that. Maybe you could ask someone there to explain.

It's fairly simple . The wiring is as follows : Dark blue = Right rear positive , light blue= right rear negative, brown= left rear positive, yellow=left rear negative. There are two yellows and two browns in the harness and they do 2 very different things. The yellow& brown you want are right beside the two blues. the other yellow and brown wire are 12v switched(yellow)& 12v from light switch (brown) . THESE WILL DO VERY BAD THINGS TO YOUR AMP IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY CONNECT THEM!!!!! If you're not sure, test your wire with a Test light or VOM meter .
