Default Problems w/ Factory Alarm

I have had this problem for a while. After I set the alarm by locking the car w/ the key pad, I get the quick two honks. Then after about 5 seconds, the car honks really loud twice. It does the loud honk no matter what settings I configure the alarm with using the directions in the service manual. Any ideas?

Your shock sensor is bad. It is by the factory AMP in the read right hand part of the trunk under the plastic panel. I disconnected it and it stopped.

Thanks! I know exactly what you are talking about. I will disconnect that ASAP. That thing is driving me crazy!
