Default cd players

how hard is it to put in a aftermarket CD player in a 98 ta. alot of wires in the way.???

Easy. Regardless of monsoon system or not..... it's the same as any other headunit install. Wiring harness, dash kit and antenna adapter are the items you will need. You can find them at any place that installs car audio.

It takes no time to get the stock headunit out. Just pull off the bezel that goes around the AC controls and stereo and undo 2 bolts and you're done. With the right adapters the whole process should take less than 10 minutes.
Since there's not much behind the radio and the area behind it is open, you'll have plenty of room back there to do whatever you need.
