Default Factory switch question

I have a stripper 2002 camaro, I am looking to add switches for autometer gauges to turn lights on/off. What is that middle switch above radio between fog light and my camaro emblem? Rear defrost? I dont have the switch/ option just a cover. There is a pig tail attched to the back can some one explain why. I noticed the camaro emblem unplugs revealing slot holes. Has anyone installed extra fog light or the other switch I dont know of yet to control other acessories to keep a factory appearance?

The middle switch blank is for the ASR (traction control) disable switch. Many people have used an additional fog light switch to control other accessories. A search should get you the pinout for the switch because I posted it some time ago. The ASR switch is a momentary switch so it isn't as useful for other accessories.
