replaced sail panel speakers- now no highs
i put in a set of alpine 170's in the sail panels cause the factory ones were blown. now only bass comes from the speakers and its not very stong. anyone know what i could have done wrong?

The sail panel speakers in the T/A are being low passed at less than 1kHz.
You put a speaker that probably doesn't produce much bass into a location in the T/A that only produces bass. Not going to work very well.

The Monsoon in the TA subs have 4 wires for the sail panel speakers. These speakers are the "subs" in the system. The "subs" are dvc woofers.
Unless of course all TA's come with monsoons
