Default Not the same theft lock Question

My theft lock in on when I try to do anything I will not work. I can not get the codes to come up nor can I put them in. When I try to put in the codes I hade from the last time I did this by pushing the hour and minutes buttons it flashes inop, Does anyone know what is going on?

A search would do you well. I believe the radio may have gone into "shut down" mode and you will have to wait awhile to go back through the unlock process.

Not only do you have to wait an hour - you have to wait an hour with the ignition on before the INOP code will go away.
