Question about Factory Alarm 98z.

Question about Factory Alarm 98z. car is a 98z anyone know how i disable my factory alarm? i have a aftermarket alarm and when i lock my doors my factory alarm goes off everytime i open my doors. And i dont carry my old alarm pad because i use the new one. I guess easiest thing to do is just disconnect wires to siren for factory alarm?
